Due to outside restrictions by our potential associates or affiliated services, SiteLibrary has recently revised our guidelines to add the following specific types of sites that will not be allowed. We are currently in the process of clearing out any of these types of sites that may already have been listed before these restrictions came into place. From here forward, SiteLibrary will not approve for a listing any site that is perceived as the following:

Sites that perform, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, along with specific types of sites as follows:

1. Gambling Sites, for example:
   1. Online Casinos
   2. Sites that faciliate placing Bets on:
      1. Sports
      2. Horse Racing
      3. Dog Racing
   3. Sites that sell Lottery Tickets
2. Sites that sell certain products online or promote the online sale of:
   1. Alcoholic Beverages
   2. Tobacco Products
   3. Prescription Medications
   4. Controlled Substances
   5. Substances such as:
      1. Steroids
      2. Human Growth Hormones (HGH)
      3. Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GMB)
      4. Rohypnol
      5. Products containing Ephedra
   6. Recalled, Unapproved, or Banned Drugs or Medications
   7. Controlled Medical Devices
   8. Narcotics
   9. Illegal Drugs
   10. Drug Paraphanalia
   11. Weapons or Items that could be used as Weapons, like:
       1. Tasers
       2. Firearms, Ammunition, or Firearm Accessories
       3. Nunchucks (Nunchaku)
       4. Metal Knuckles
       5. Zip Guns
       6. Throwing Stars (Shurikens)
       7. Hand Grenades
       8. Billy Clubs
       9. Switchblade Knives
       10. Disguised Knives
       11. Leaded Walking Devices
   12. Obscene Media Materials
   13. Unauthorized Replicas of Trademarked Merchandise
   14. Unauthorized Copies of Software
   15. Video Game Backup Devices
   16. Media of any kind that violates Trademark, Copyright, or Intellectual Property Law
   17. Sports Club or Football Tickets in the U.K.
   18. Law Enforcement Badges or Equipment
   19. Live Animals not in compliance with All Applicable Laws
   20. Endangered Species Products
3. Sites containing or linking to Sexually Explicit Content
4. Online Dating Services
5. Sites that illegally share Third Party Personal Information
6. Charities that Collect Donations Online and are:
   1. U.S. Charities that cannot be verified with the IRS as 501(c)(3) status, as listed within Publication 78 by the IRS or via the search feature thereof on the IRS website
   2. Other Charities that cannot easily be verified by their own country's government as a legally recognized charity
7. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Pyramid Scheme, Ponzi, or Matrix Sites
8. Presale Sites (where items are sold before they are actually available)
9. Investment or Financial Sites who sell the following:
   1. Offshore Banking Services
   2. Annuity Contracts
   3. Lottery Contracts
10. File Sharing Sites or Newsgroups that allow or do not monitor files for Illegal Content
11. Sites that trade with countries embargoed by Office of Foreign Assets Control or U.S. Department of the Treasury
