ProgrammingSource: Stephen's Web ~ Referrer System

"Referrer System" - Offers a free service for backlinks display on your site using a very short little javascript. Also offers the scripts for hosting your own referrer backlink system.

This is the one that is currently on SiteLibrary pages as of right now, with a couple of small modifications. I would like to make it not show the heading "BackLinks", as I have it shortened to, unless it has some backlinks to show. Running it on all these cgi pages works fine unless it is a page that would never be directly linked to, such as the ones in the Bookmarks Directory like modify link, add site, etc. Looks kind of silly with the heading at the bottom of the page and nothing to go with it.
