Everyone knows that in order to use the Alexa Toolbar (to see a sites popularity) or the Google Toolbar (to see the page rank) you need to be using IE. This of course means FireFox users can not see these tools. Well I found this alternative toolbar that works as an extension of the FireFox Browser. Search Status lets you view a page's meta tag, the archive.org record, WhoIs listing, Google PageRank, Alexa popularity ranking, Alexa incoming links, Alexa related links and backward links from Google, Yahoo! and MSN - all in one place. This combined search-related information means you can view not only the link importance of a site (according to Google), but also its traffic importance (according to Alexa), so providing a balanced view of site efficacy.
You can pick which functions to view and even place SearchStatus anywhere on the browser that you want...beside the search box, next to the home link, next to the status bar etc etc.

http://toolbar.google.com/googlebar.html "We encourage Firefox, Mozilla, and NetscapeŽ 7.x users to install the open-source Googlebar, developed and supported by Google fans. Note that Firefox also has a built-in search box in the top right corner that uses Google as the default search engine. " http://toolbar.google.com/tbredir?r=gbar
