It's a file browser for browsing, viewing, or downloading perl, text, and css files, mostly for WebAPP files for now but will work for anything. Handy little thing. You can view and copy/past from the textarea window or else download the file directly. Most of the files are already linked through that from the Downloads area here, but I wanted to show it off anyways. It's quite expandable.
Now I'll have to go back and edit all those funky text files I put up in place of downloads since we now have the ability to allow them to be downloaded as though they were regular downloads, although they are just basically text.
This will keep the text file display from being corrupted by various browsers, and thus help avoid mistakes.
