This program is quite a handy tool. It will search your entire hard drive for any spyware registry files, files, running processes etc. When it's finished searching it will ask what you want to do with each spyware file.

Just be careful if you are intentionally running any extra bars such as Hot Bar and MyWebSearch, as these host spyware programs in them and by deleting the spyware the bar will not work. Also, if you use Kazaa, do NOT run this program! Kazaa uses a spyware program to host its ads and if you delete the spyware Kazaa will not run anymore.

Which is why you should use Kazaa Lite (KPP), no adware, no spyware, and enhanced features :-)

The above note about removing the adware will also apply to bearshare, and Limeware as they too have adware in them. :-(
