I just signed up.
(email and password, that's all you need ++)
Then you can create any nnumber of email adr, example: --nsomecodewwmz@spammotel.com --
When you create a new one you can store some text with it (to remember where you used it) and a prefix ( Fwd:  Spam:  Urgent:  or something).
If an email is sent to that adr you get a copy with that prefix/header:

 local user interface

I test it on Windows 2000 pro:
++ small program (280k),
++ no install, just run it

from the FAQ:
http://spammotel.com/spammotel/faq.html

Q: What is the SpamMotel User Interface?
A: The Interface is a very small downloadable file that makes SpamMotel easy and convenient to use. We strongly recommend that you download and use the Interface, although totally web-based access is possible.

Q: You state that there is no installation required, yet I am still asked to download something?
A: The file that you download, the SpamMotel User Interface, is a completely self-contained program. It does not get installed on your computer, and therefor makes no changes to your system. Clicking on the file icon after you have downloaded it is all it takes to use it. [see the question below]

Q: How do I "un-install" it?
A: Delete it. That is all you need to do

I didn't care to store it to disk, just run it from the net: it works.
Forwarding the email was a bit slow. But still ok.
