"Why do web directory editors cut our descriptions to something useless?"

A short discussion of what we who are directory editors sometimes go through. People get so upset and think we are being unfair or biased for some reason, when usually, when working for most directories, it is our editing career and our reputation that is most immediately at stake if we accept something that isn't according to the guidelines.
