I think your Desi Classifieds site looks nice. Good job on the design. I know it takes a lot of time to collect up a big set of icons and avatars like you have there.
The site is a little wide for my browser. I use only 600x800 for my surfing, but people use a bigger resolution, so they would not notice that. The text is small for me, but I can read it okay. I see setting the browser at a bigger text size enlarges some of the text, so that is good.
I like the colors and design.
It will probably be a busy site because a lot of people will like to place their classifieds, and a lot of people are looking for classifieds too. Good idea.
It would be better for your site promotion if you could keep your home link from showing the "index.php" . And if you could put your javascript in an external file it would be another improvement.
Nice job though

I agree with Jos that the page is rather too wide. I like the design, the look, and the idea.
But: do you have to use pop under ? Especially, I clicked through to desihotornot dot com and desipedia dot com and now I have the _same_ pop under for domainnamebazaar dot com THREE TIMES. And there seem to be exit screens and delayed new screens poping under (landing dot domainsponsor dot com).
I urge to reconsider "less is more", ONE pop under per visitor per day, I would not object.

I took a second look, with "shields up" and, as you seem to go for search engine popularity, looked at the home page the way a search engine spider may see it.
I recommend that you try to reduce the number of HTML errors in your code.
1) set the character encoding that you want to use in a meta (I guessed iso-8859-1, but you might go for -15 or even utf-8; NOTE that there are illegal codes for the default utf-8 code on your page)
2) reconsider the doctype you want to use, XHTML 1.0 Transitional brings more than 1000 errors (I guessed you rather do HTML 4.01 Transitional)
3) check it with a validator like http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.desiclassifieds.com%2Findex.php&charset=iso-8859-1+%28Western+Europe%29&doctype=HTML+4.01+Transitional
still reports 373 errors.
That's a bit on the high side.
