SiteLibrary Herald cannot open under WebAPP,
displays " Do You Have Cookies?  
We're sorry, but we were unable to identify you." ...
Opens OK in new window.
I think: just remove the link.

Okay. I think the link around the words should not appear anymore. Some of those open-in-frames links appear strangely sometimes I know. The width and height can be set, but it doesn't account for what happens when navigating a site. It's kind of handy for browsing, but I don't know. It's only a gimmick if not used just right. I have most of them set for members only now.
