It should be quite easily possible to print out the incoming links at the bottom of the page using pure Perl cgi rather then using javascript as we are now doing. It shouldn't cause any more sluggishness than we already have since they are being read by cgi and translated to javascript with the script we are using now. It may even be a little faster.

This would make it less critical to maintain frequent updates on our static "Links to Us" page, since they would be displaying static, spiderable, HTML links live here for the search engines to follow and find our backlinks more easily.
