New IM System (IMX)

We have a new IM system. It is step one, as there are more features that can be added.

The current WebAPP version has been redesigned and has more features than are necessary here, so I want to pick through it and see if I can work any of it in without changing this one too much.

Please let me know right away if anything goes wrong in the new IMX system.
