The Perfect Submission

Certain submissions are particularly well made when it comes to following our submissions details guidelines, the ones that are on the site submission form page, where visitors add new sites to the directory. Those who have been to that page will notice that there are little tips under each box on the submission form.
A majority of submittors either do not read or do not follow those tips. Since we have an unlimited number of sites being submitted and only a limited number of editors, often we don't have time to edit many of the submission details. Thus some submissions are rejected for simple details in the submission itself.
This thread is a showcase for those who DO follow the guideline tips. Editors who come across a correctly-done submission may paste the submission details here here if they wish to get the site some extra special attention.
Sites posted here may be candidates for a site submission Hall of Fame entry where we plan to post our personal favorites.
* IMPORTANT NOTE * When posting a qualifying submission to this thread, it is necessary to paste, directly from the New Submissions page, the whole submission - from the site Title through the submittor's Name in order for the front page "Latest Perfect Submissions" display plugin to show everything correctly.
